Our campaigns and victories
In 2010, we hosted a 3,500-person rally in Boston to stop the Super Committee cuts to Social Security.
We will always fight to protect any corporate attacks on our cornerstones: Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. These important programs should be expanded, not cut, and we cannot turn them over to Wall St.
In 2022, we supported the Fair Share Amendment (Millionaire’s Tax) to make sure the wealthy pay their fair share of state taxes by creating a more progressive tax system in Massachusetts.
We support Corporate Fair Share: a bill to hold multinational corporations accountable and make sure they pay their fair share in taxes by closing a loophole allowing them to avoid taxes ny hiding their money in off-shore accounts.
